and who espouses the objectives of the Society shall be eligible for membership
    in the Society.

are under eighteen (18) years of age or over eighteen (18) years of age but full-
time students and guests of Members or of the Society are welcome in the
    Society and at Society functions.

B.       Election of Members:
  1. Any person born in, or whose father or mother was born in the British
Commonwealth and who is otherwise eligible for membership will be automatically
    accepted as a Member.
  2. All other persons applying for membership must be sponsored and seconded by
a Member in good standing and their application must be approved by the
majority vote of the Executive Committee.
  3. No more than 49% of the total membership shall be of non-Commonwealth

    termination as below set forth.

D.       Termination of Membership:
  • The membership of any Member may be terminated by the unanimous vote of
the Executive Committee, if a complaint against such Member is lodged by a
Member in good standing and seconded by another Member in good standing
and the Executive Committee deems that the complaint is a true representation
of the facts and that, based on said facts, the continued membership of such
Member is prejudicial and contrary to the objectives of the Society, or if the
Executive Committee, by unanimous vote, determines that the continued
membership of such Member is prejudicial and contrary to the objectives of the
    Society.
